A delivery system that documents how work gets done — the steps, the standards, the checkpoints — so that quality is consistent regardless of who on the team is doing the work. This is what makes delegation possible and what allows the business to grow beyond what the founder can personally execute.

A financial visibility system that tells you in real time what revenue is coming in, what costs look like, and what your margin actually is. Growth without financial visibility is how businesses run at high revenue and low profit simultaneously.
